American Girl Sleeping Bag

My daughters are fabric and American Girl obsessed.  They both indicated that their dolls needed a place to sleep on weekends while we are at our cottage.  They also both fell in love with Posy by Aneela Hoey.  Each girl laid out her own charm pack an I stitched them up.  I finished K's sleeping bag today.  I'm waiting on some backing (or lining) fabric to come in the mail for N's sleeping bag. I horribly miscalculated.  I used the leftover charms to make a pillow for the sleeping bag.

View inside the sleeping bag.

I remember the fabulous American Girl days. We had an American Girl birthday party/sleep over where my mom and I made matching shortie pajamas for all 8 girls and their dolls! Enjoy this time because it goes too fast.

I love that posy fabric! I wish I had bought a couple of charm packs while they were cheap!

So sweet. We haven't reached the American Girl phase, yet. Congratulations on a lovely finish.
